Vineland Optimal Gym

Gym has old equipment that's been there for many yrs. Essentially nothing upgraded. Depending upon when you go, can be risky to be there since a small number of members can be unruly, threatening, overly possessive of the equipment they happen to be using and I've experienced very bad situations where I've been threatened by out of control lifters. Stella, the owner turns a blind eye and monitors in gym not even working. She's scared to lose members so does nothing when notified of such behavior. Place is dirty as well. Better off at Planet Fitness that's totally safe and clean too. Highly recommend finding another gym than Optimal. Also, last review by Stella Lam is the owner! Of course, she'll give it a 5/5! Real + reviews from employees as directed by owner. That's even more reason to look elsewhere, i.e. Planet Fitness! Can't beat it. Same with last reviewer. I was threatened there by another younger member bc I used a machine! Who wants to take such a risk and owner Stella refused to expel member or look at their monitors that aren't hooked up to anything anyhow. Place is a joke.

Optimal is absolutely AMAZING!! The customer service and communication is IMPECCABLE! They treat you with respect and if you have any issues they get back to you within minutes!!! I wish I could give them more than a 5star review!! Also the gym is ALWAYS clean and the owners are very respectful by watching the cameras at night and during the day! They are very much aware of everything and usually fix any issues before you even realize it! I honestly cant say enough amazing things about the owners/ customer service/ and cleanliness of the gym!

Highly recommend this gym to any experience level. The staff are friendly and helpful. With this place I lost over 100 pounds in 2 years it's like a second home to me.

Vineland Optimal Gym is kind of a family gym with friendly staff. Love all the members and especially the senior group at this gym. Meeting them and talking to them always bring a smile to my face. The staff is also very helpful and working hard to keep the facility clean, and providing such a wonderful customer services. The facility is never crowded. Look small outside but very big inside with so many anemities such as saunas, steam room, racquetball, basketball court, punching box area, indoor tennis court and also heavy weight room. I am really pleased with everything here. Also the litlle touch of the decoration at front desk and in the waiting area make me feel cozy like home If you are looking for a change, for better health and a comfortable friendly workout space, Vineland Optimal Gym will be the one for you. Highly recommended!!
