Pharmacy never answers the phone. You are forced to drive there to see if your prescription is ready. Why even have a phone number?

I usually go there, thats why dont hesitate to tell my doctor to send there my prescription. I had troubles with my health plan provider so I UNDERSTAND, they werent available to give me my medications; and at the moment I cant pay for them with my money. In the meantime, trying to receive it I called them to ask for the name of the medications (cause I was told they cannot send me a copy of my Rx by email). While the man, which I suposed was the pharmacist, was trying to give the information 2 lawnmower machines pass by my side, causing that I wasnt able to listen to him. So, when asked him to repeat it, in the most UNPOLITE tone he told me: Madam, you need to listen to me! Since he was SO RUDE to me I ask for somebody else to speak with, and he told me: Im the only one here. The blatant lie finished bothering me. I say please get someone else to attend to me because clearly you don't have the patience to do it. Without further ado, she put my call on hold and after a few seconds she came back and told me: "She's going to take a long time because she's with a patient in the box." To which I reply: Well, let it be quick because there is also a patient on the phone. "He answers me again in all rudeness, well she can't move forward." to which I simply replied: You know what, forget it. Thanks. Have a good afternoon.". My point, if you don't have the patience to deal with human beings go back to school and change your major to VETERINARY. If you don't want to do it, then you HAVE to learn SELF-CONTROL. Cause apart from human beings, your clients are PATIENTS, which means, something in our overall health is not right and the BAD TREATMENT received from people like you does not contribute anything positive.

Pharmacist couldn't wait to get me off the phone. Inconsiderate. Impatient. Switching back to CVS even though it's further and less convenient it's worth it.
