Very poor communication with patients, certain staff is nice and their best, but others are clearly annoyed when you speak to them, and the doctors are extremely rude and unwilling to to talk about the options you have as a patient. The billing was also messed up. If my mom didn't notice they added a charge to my bill I would've payed an extra 250 dollars.

They do not stand behind their work. I had a crown fall out twice in one month. Had to have tooth pulled because they shut down for covid. 3 years later I am still waiting to be reimbursed for their shoddy work. They even ignored the BBB's inquiry.

***PSA*** From a local dental office employee, SIGNATURE SMILES HAS GONE OUT OF BUSINESS. We know there is plenty of patients who have concerns and questions regarding pending treatment, hygiene, and current orthodontic treatment. It is very unfortunate that the business has shut down and did not inform any of their patients they would be closing all of their locations. If you are looking for records, please contact your insurance company. If you are looking to schedule any services, please contact your insurance company to verify what local offices are in your insurance network and schedule with a qualifying office. Please note any office you schedule with does NOT have any access to your records or information so with any given office you would be considered a new patient. Again, Signature Smiles has gone OUT OF BUSINESS. Sincerely, A Dental Office Employee

My son who is 4 slipped and fell in the bathtub and broke his front bottom tooth. Half of his tooth was gone and it's now shaped like a V. I had to make an emergency apt. in the AC office. I drove an hour to this office and it looked like it hasn't been cleaned since they built the building. I was taken back right away and the dental assistant wanted to do an xray but the female dentist told her it wasn't necessary. ( She didn't even see my son yet) The dentist finally walked in and was on her phone saying she was looking for an antibiotic for my son. I could clearly see her looking through her personal family photos acting like she was looking up a medication for my son. I told her my son is allergic to amoxicillin and she said well you're going to have to call his regular doctor for pain medicine and an antibiotic. I'm standing there in shock. Then she looked in his mouth and said where's the tooth at he looks fine. At this point I couldn't believe that she was even a dentist. I told her well half the tooth is in my pocket and the other half is in his mouth on the bottom. If you would have read the paperwork I just filled out you would have known what his problem was. She said well I can't do anything to help him, bring him back in a week or so. At this point I'm furious. So I told her, how can he eat or do anything with his nerve exposed, isn't he going to be sensitive to cold and air? She's like oh yeah, the nerve is exposed and it's sharp but I'm not going to touch it until you get the antibiotic from his doctor. So I told her, so my son is just supposed to walk around with pain and not eat for a week? She's like just give him pain medicine when you get home, and walks out. I asked the girls up front if she was always like this and they just put there heads down and tried giving me an appointment for a week later with her. I told them I drove down an hour for her to do nothing for my son and for her to scroll through her phone. I would never come back. I wouldn't even trust this dentist with my dogs teeth. She clearly doesn't care about kids, nor her job. It seems like she bought her license in a back ally. I wish there was a negative star because she doesn't even deserve one.
