Scheduled a tire change with RS auto for my GTI. They were extremely professional and were able to complete the tire change very quickly after I scheduled. 10/10, I will continue to use RS for my car.

The guys at the shop were friendly, knowledgeable and able to trouble shoot the many codes the car had to include the rough idle the gas consumption, the stalling out and lack of power. They were able make a quick diagnosis, furthermore, the required repairs in a timely manner. They communicated frequently, kept me posted answered all my questions even after hours. I recommend and trust this shop for diagnostics and repairs.

Horrible customer service and tells the customer I am not the one who broke it with very little mechanic knowledge. Will not listen to what you say when you know whats broken and then you wait 4 weeks to find out what you originally said to fix is still broken. They also want you to pay up front before they fix anything. Im sorry my husband has more knowledge in cars and that intimidates the mechanics in this shop. Shout out to Vineland high auto tech! Every time you walk in they are watching youtube videos on how to fix your car.you can make your own assumptions why. Im sorry you consider a lifted truck re-engineered. Also, we asked for all oem replacements so you tell me what would be re-engineered? Its also seems like if your car is not under any kind of warranty they want nothing to do with your business.
