I asked a teller for a few tasks and she printed checks out of the wrong account. She gave them out of my kids HS checking account, bounced the checks still on hold trying to clean up the mess!!! The bank manage promised he would help clean it up but you can't get anyone on the phones- it actually hangs up on you. Nice customer service. Wish I could give negative stars
Update: talked to manager who blamed another bank, and then refused to give me notary services, and there is this

Absolute terrible customer service. I used their online system to make an appointment to come into the branch and the system scheduled me with someone who was out that day. The bank did not make any attempt to get me in with another banker. The appointment did not need to be long. I needed less than 5 minutes time of another banker. I just needed to sign a document.
