Caring Dental Associates

I've been coming to Caring Dental for 20+ years and had appointments with great dentist. Dr Prasad gets 2 stars b/c I felt a lot of pain getting an implant as he didn't let the anesthesia kick in. Also he kept answering his phone not once but 3 Xs during my appointment. Would step out the office and come back in to finish. Unprofessional at the highest degree.

I go in to the office at my scheduled time and I don't get seen for 45 minutes. In that 45 min window he saw 2 other people making me late for work without even apologizing for the backup. Then when I finally get in the chair not only do they not look into my mouth they just tell me I have to go see another dentist. On top of that sending me out of the office to schedule an appointment with no pain meds being sent to my pharmacy. I called day in and day out no answer just some off site answering service people. They told me 3 days later we will send something it's been 7 and I still have no prescription for the pain I went into the office for!!!

Dr.Umansky is hands down the best! I've developed anxiety around going to the dentist but he's been a pleasure ! He takes his time and is gentle so a lot of that anxiety has been relieved. You can tell he loves what he does. I've had to get filings done and he gives ample time for the numbness to kick in before starting which is appreciated. He's very informative and will happily explain the issues to you without judgment and has always answered any questions I've had. Not only his is great, but his assistant is super friendly and helpful!

I was very scared to be going to a dentist for the first time since 2018. But the office was very clean and Dr. Prasad was very nice and so was his assistant. They were quick and told me all the information I needed.
