I had already signed up for another class whose facilitator had not responded . That turned out to be a blessing in disguise. In my search for another class I saw Signature Real Estate School. I called and Tina (owner) answered. The conversation was as though I had known her forever. She took time with me and calmed my anxiety about entering a field I knew nothing about and had sone questions. I immediately registered for her class. And the patience and knowledge she exhibited in that initial call, was the theme she promoted through the entire class. She and Charles created an exciting, adventurous, funny, but low anxiety environment for learning. I looked forward to our classes every evening, with expectation of what I was going to learn next. I was fortunate, because by using the tools, Tina gave us, I only have to take the test one time, and I passed! I owe that to the ease with which she and Charlie made me feel. Dont get me wrong, you have to do the work and you have to study (and I studied hard). But they helped create a supportive environment to make it a little easier to succeed. Thank you Tina and Charles . I think everyone should take your class!.

Jon has been one of the most patient teachers i have encountered. He is really interested in his students understanding the material by giving scenarios and examples all the time. No question was ever unanswered, and his scenarios made it way more interesting than just reading and going over the book . Jon provided information in order to help us understand, rather than just memorize the subject matter. It was such a pleasure being his student he is the best!

Awesome school! Jon is a great professor and his teachings help the material stick! Tina is great, helped me get set up with the test fast and efficiently. Great school, I highly recommend!

After looking into some Real Estate schools in North Jersey I decided to enroll in Signature Real Estate School. This was by far the best decision for me because of conveniences and the ability to be remote. The Instructor JON was the BEST! literally so good at what he does. He is very patient and involves each student in the discussion topic. What Ienjoyed the most is his ability to use real life situations to help explain the lesson. Jon also doesn'tmove onto the next lesson until everyone understands the topic. when I say he BROUGHT GREAT ENERGY EVERY NIGHT and kept aPOSITIVE ATTITUDE! I mean that. Classes are held Monday-Friday 6pm-11pm for about 3 weeks (75 hours) but it goes by fast. Just make sure you're studying and participating becauseit really helps retain the information.
