        I have called the office four times for a project request. FOUR TIMES. No callback. They are literally the contracted plumbers for our condo community, so I don't understand what the issue is. They are here doing work all the time.

        Rooter pros responded fast than there estimated time of arrival. They were very professional and informative. They were able to correct the problem. They also took the time to put a camera in my sewer line to show me the scale build up in the line, and then provided an estimation for descaling of my line. I would call them again for sure.
