    Wawa on route 22, Union needs better management. Supervisor & employees on duty are confused/ lost during change of shift. I spent approximately 30 minutes waiting for an order that should take max 10 minutes. They should not allow all employees clocked out at the same time. They must consider overlapping the shifts to avoid this type of issues.

    The people that prepared the food should ask customers to step back and stop blocking the pick up area. Because when you have get your stuff people wont move. Also your app shouldnt need WiFi when in your store its really hard to pull up the rewards if you dont have WiFi. It says try again. It should work fine with the phone WiFi or Wawa should offer free WiFi.

    2/23 I ordered on the app at 4:36 to be exact, said my order would be ready by 4:50 so i wait the extra 10 and go in at 5pm. I ask one of the young ladies at the food counter if my order was ready and she told me itd be a couple of minutes without checking anything and continued making orders. I guess its not your problem if its not your station. About 15 minutes go by and i ask the other female worker about the pizza and she goes to the back to figure it out. Its now 5:18ish and she comes back and tells me theyre just now working on it.. i left the wawa at 5:30. Im pretty sure its frozen pizza, what took so long HEATING UP the pizza, i have more important things to do than be at wawa for 30 min at peak traffic when i have to get to places. Find a new pizza guy please.
