The hands down absolute best car service ever! The customer service always exceeds my expectations. From booking the reservation to getting picked up, there is no better company. I frequently fly into Newark to see my Mom & Dad and I used to always fly with my dog. When I booked my car back in December, they asked will you be bringing Kisses on this trip and sadly she had passed a few days before. When my driver arrived at the airport, there were a dozen of the nicest white roses I've ever seen with a nice card from the company themself. I can't tell you what that meant to me. This company deserves more then 5 stars, that's for damn sure!

I have been using their service for past 1 month and I would say they have not disappointed me till now. Always on time. Fixed rate. Good service. I did used few other services before this which were a bit cheaper then Bergen Black but after one or two occasions most of them disappointed. I used to travel with Downtown Cab and Limo. Initially they were good but later very arrogant and more then 50% time late. I am gonna stick with Bergen Black.
