After you discover Dominick and his home-based workshop you will feel like the Universe shared with you a secret. He is skillful, honest & generous. He flawlessly repaired for me two precious gold bracelets, which I intend to gift to my daughter. I don't think this is a real business? No business signs. Just looks like a house? I called to ask and confirm. The lady answered with only a "Hello". I asked if this was a business. She responded by hanging up on me. I called back thinking it was a mistake. The person answered with hanging up on me again. If this is a real business, shame on them. Business 101 answer your phones with "Monteleone Jewelers how can I help you". It's basic customer service.
