Farmers Insurance - David Robbins

Looking to lower our car insurance premium I decided to start quoting other companies and came across Robins agency. I was assisted by Solimar and she went above and beyond. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and honest. Took her time to discuss every policy and rates with us. Needless to say that she did everything she could to help us find the right policy. Thank you Solimar for your great customer service!!

I went to the office on Morris Ave in Union for the first time on 4/1/24 sense I've been a client of Farmers Insurance Commpany. They were just as courteous helpful prompt and professional as they were when speaking with them on the phone. I am very pleased with their service and they are highly recommended.

Earlier today I called and asked to speak to Solimar, Mr. Robbins said she's is busy but she will call you back in 15 to 20 minutes. We'll I received no phone call. I called back and no one answered. I guess they don't want my business.

I would not recommend this specific farmers agency for the following reason: I stopped in and sat almost an hour trying to get an estimate and had my declaration info for both of my properties and two people that were there worked together. After sitting there almost an hour, they advised that "we will get back to you later on today" so I left and from there they never got back to me. I called few times and was told, "we will call you later" and never do. I then followed up one last time and they screened my call and how I found out is that I used my wife's phone and sure enough, they answered right away. The lady was rude and was like "we don't have an answer for you". I asked her why would you screen a potential customer's call and she was stuttering and had no answer. TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT POSSIBLE NEW CLIENTS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNION NJ FARMERS BRANCH.
