        The store was very empty and the customer service was so disappointing. Ive never walked into a store were the employee has BOTH AirPods in and just straight out ignores the customer. NO HELLO, NO THANK YOU, or even a HAVE A GOOD REST OF YOUR DAY! The employees name is Alexander!

        It is time for a remodel. Every time I enter I take time to observe how the store looks so dirty, old and trashy. The area its located in is being remodeled with a new apartment complexes businesses and library. The store should also do a remodel. The staff is friendly and do their best to restock the items. But most of the time that I have gone there in the last year items are missing from the shelves. Because of this I have been taking my business to the Springfield store. I would not doubt that others do the same.
