I recently visited Aspen Dental because I needed a dentist and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and patient-centered care provided by the entire team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, which immediately put me at ease. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, making my short wait quite pleasant. My experience with the dental hygienist Susan was exceptional. They were not only thorough in their examination and cleaning but also took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout. Dr. Greene was equally impressive. They approached my dental concerns with care and expertise, taking the time to listen to my questions and concerns before providing a comprehensive treatment plan. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident, and I left feeling confident in the care I received. What truly sets Aspen apart is their commitment to patient satisfaction. Every staff member including - Bola, Maybelline, Maria, & Suantal I encountered were friendly, compassionate, and genuinely invested in ensuring my visit was a positive one. Overall, I highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone in need of dental care. Their professionalism, patient-centered approach, and dedication to excellence make them stand out in the field. I'm grateful to have found such a fantastic dental office and look forward to my next visit.

Amazing experience! From when you walk in the door the front desk greets you with a smile, pleasant and helpful. Dr. Greene is very knowledgeable, with a gentle touch! I tend to be scared of dentist but she made my experience relaxing and painless. She has great bedside manners. The dental assistants are very friendly and answered all my questions. Maria the patient coordinator went over my treatment plan and was kind and patient with me in explaining my options. If you are looking for a new office I highly recommended Dr. Greene and her staff at the Union location.

My first time at Aspen Dental and it was a pleasant visit. Susan was great and she really went above and beyond to make me feel completely comfortable! I will be back next month for additional work but I am so glad I took a try on Aspen Dental !
