        I am very happy with the service provided by the team at Paul's Garage. Long story short, I noticed my car was making weird suspension noise that was not normal. After some research on car repair shops in the area, I bought it over to this shop to have it looked at. They found several issues and I agreed to have it fixed. Upon receiving the car back, the difference was night and day. It drives smooth as silk and the noises are gone! I was impressed. Thank you, Paul's Garage.

        took my car here to check my engine light.they said it was a leak in avalveand charged me $200+a day later,the check engine light popped up again.i took it back,now they saying its anothervalve..charging me near $300..once again my check engine light comes on yet again(2 week span).take it back once again,all of a sudden they said it was a hose leak.charged me $180..my question is,what did they possibly fix the first 2 times that came up to $500??im never going there again!

      First of all, you only came in a total of 2 times. The first time we replaced the purge valve, which it needed and yes you paid for that repair. You then returned a 2nd time a few days later because the check engine light came on. It was at that time we found a cracked hose that I showed you. We fixed the hose and we both agreed that you would not pay at the time, drive the vehicle and if that solved the problem you would return to pay. Almost 3 months went by and I called you to see how car was doing and you said it was fine. I reminded you about the invoice and you stopped in today to pay. I appreciate your honesty of telling me the problem was solved and coming in to pay, but am baffled by this review and twisted story. You were NEVER charged a total of $500. It saddens me you felt the need to bash my business and lie, but I’m glad you won’t be returning. I hope you find someone who better serves your needs. *I have been at this same location for over 25 years, 16 of those as an owner and being an honest person is how I run my successful business. **I have 2 invoices here with Jerome’s name for anyone who would like to see them, including dates of service & payment amounts.
