        If you find yourself reading this comment i suggest you do your research & look further this aint it!!!. Communication with this lawyer & his staff is there until it aint there, they will let things go from okay to terrible then youre on your own if you need some type of litigation.. just do yourself a favor and get you some other lawyer.

      We get the same reaction from all our clients when we disclose to them that we do not do real estate litigation. I'm not really sure where the disconnect is between transactional lawyers, and litigation lawyers. There are certain clients of mine that are dissatisfied with the purchase of their home, post closing, and then insist on me doing free, litigation or litigation at all. When we tell them, we do not do litigation we end up with a one star review, which does not reflect my firms capabilities. However, we will never invalidate our clients feelings or share with the public. The reasons they want to litigate, and the reason we feel it's not worthy to litigate no one would litigate over a $500 dishwasher that no longer works post closing but some clients feel it's better to leave a one star review than to face facts head on that appliances and utilities often do brake post closing.       You're not a client of the firm, I'm sorry you left a review having never been a client or anyone associated with the firm. The Board of Realtors will never even reply to your complaints. People I've had personal interactions with outside of being a client have no place leaving comments. But I'll not invalidate your feelings. Sorry , John.
