Everyone can tell when a review is legitimate and when it’s personal. She walked in asking for a discount. When I said there aren’t any she was noticeably turned off but still asked to see products, but ended up only buying a 10 dollar preroll and became upset because I told her my doob tubes are a $1. She claimed it would be good customer service for me to give it to her for free. I explained that there is an enormous rise in litter and waste due to our industry world wide, and we try to deter people from using the plastic tubes. But to no avail she was adamant that it was better customer service for me to give it to her for free.I offered it to her for free anyway after all and told her I would charge for the next one but she declined. It’s gonna be difficult for us small businesses to survive when the our, “all for small businesses supporters”, walk in asking for discounts and free products.
