        This firm obtained my address and has been sending me mailers. Jonathan was entirely unprofessional and rude when I requested the mail to stop. It has picked up again after several requests to stop. This is uncomfortable for me and not a way to conduct business.

        When in trouble with the IRS or any tax authority, Jonathan Donenfeld should be your first and only call. I received many letters and calls from other services and I felt very comfortable with Jonathan. He was empathetic, listened to my issues, heard my panic, knowledgeable and resolved our issues. We were always in communication with each other and I wholeheartedly endorse his service.

        I was literally in neck deep with the IRS , agent coming to my house , trying to repossess my vehicle , garnish wages and go after my bank accounts . I am now in a position in which my case has been resolved thanks to these guys . The communication was excellent , answered all of my questions in a way that i could understand and really took my situation seriously .
