Website says they open at 9am and when we walked in she put a sign up 9:15. Had several people waiting in line. People complaining, this was never like this truly ashame.

I walk in to the open post office at 12:15, a handwritten sign is in the window that reads out to lunch, be back at 1:30 they give employees OVER an hour lunch AND no one in the window to help customers AND they open late and close early?! This is so unreliable Id rather buy a bus ticket to 30th street both ways and get reliable service than this unreliable local post office that has been going down hill for a long time and seems to be no checks and balances here.

9am I arrive...sign reads open at 9. I wait till 9;18 , employee arrives. Tells me to wait 30 mins after telling her I have work and need to drop off pacakges.....packages...... She walks in and locks door...... extremely rude........

The lady working there Rita is super rude. She never wants to do her job, and screams at customers. I was there to drop off some packages, and she refused to give me the proof of dropoff, she said it is not her job to do it, and that I don't have to hold the line and that the fact that she scanned the packages is enough proof. She screamed at me, and told me she would never do it again, and to stop wasting her time. USPS, you can do way better, there are many nice people who would appreciate the job, and actually have better customer service skills. Save yourself from dealing with this lady, and go to the usps on 6th st and jfk, the lady there (Esther) is the nicest person ever.
