Update: 4/9/24. My mother and I ordered two sandwiches with fries, he told us that it would be ready in 12 minutes, which seems too fast. I went there, picked up the food and went home for us to find out that the fries were hard as a rock and cold, so my mom called him up and he kept arguing with her saying it was fresh. So I took them back and told him myself that it was hard as a rock and when he tried to argue with me, I dared him to eat one for himself to tell me he didn't think it was hard and stale but he just looked dumbfounded. Word of advice: CHECK YOUR FRIES BEFORE YOU BRING YOUR ORDER HOME. It really is a different experience between dine-in and take out.

The bread that they serve in the beginning is phenomenal. Had the chaufa, it was good. Had the lomo saltado, it was ok, not bad but ok. Great service and place looks spotless and amazing. I would definitely give them a try again.

Food is delicious! Staff is welcoming and attentive. Everything about this place is on point. Ive ordered take out many times and eaten inside. Always a great dining experience. Bravo!

My photos really don't do it justice. We ordered the lunch specials: A cheeseburger with fries, and a quarter roasted chicken with yuca fries and salad. I was suspicious of how inexpensive the food was, but everything was absolutely delicious. Huge bang for your buck! Not many places I know of would bother to bake their own burger buns or make homemade fries, so its very clear that they put a lot of love and care into their menu, and I so appreciate the attention to detail. The bun was pillowy and had great flavor, and the fries (yuca and regular fries) were nice and crispy on the outside, and tender and fluffy on the inside. The burger was plump and juicy, and though I prefer dark meat (i didn't specify), my chicken breast and wing were roasted to perfection. Simple. Good. There are plenty of decent restaurants around here, but few put as much love and care into their food and it shows. I felt nourished after my lunch, which is a welcome change to the usual greasy take out regret! We don't have too many healthy options around here - this is! It was feel-good food. I will definitely be adding this restaurant to our rotation. I look forward to exploring their menu!
