This place sucks. When you go to wash clothes,  half the dryers and  washers are broken, and the ones that work,  you have to hold the start button while you're drying.  One star is for attendants, who are always willing to help.   I stop going because I won't give my money to a business that clearly  don't care about their customers.

Its nice to have a laundromat close to home, but what good is it when 8 out 16 dryers are out of service. I've been going to this place for years and at least 3 years straight this place has failed its own business. How do you help a small business when it doesn't help itself? I asked and complained about the lack of care and was told to "please recommend someone that fixes machines"....uhh yeah. There are plenty on Google you can search for! The owner has the audacity to hike up the prices, not fix the machines AND come to collect his quarters . What a disgrace.! Union City....you can do better! Familia Laundromat....YOU CAN DO BETTER!!
