i wish i can rate this company with the lowest grade their is but one star will do. Not only did this insurance company lie to us, theyre trying to get us to pay a fee for an insurance policy we had no use for, and after purposely failing to cancel our policy when asked, they had waited months until the charges stacked up and i received a court letter demanding me to pay 8k in overdue fees. This is beyond disappointing and frustrating! taking advantage of lower income people trying to start a business is disgraceful and unacceptable! Tread carefully when involving yourself with this insurance company

I went to this place because it had been recommended to me. And for the publications that were here. But it went badly for my Husband... I will tell you about this inconvenience that has happened. Fill out the taxes together with my husband here. We informed him that we needed to pay my husband's back taxes. The accountant suggested we ask for the bonuses that the government was giving. He charged us $700 Dollars We thought they were going to send us the stimulus checks. And I only got one for $75? The year is over and nothing more has arrived... For paying attention to her. We did NOT pay the years in arrears, we lost $700 that we paid to them. And we didn't solve anything... The IRS. It says that the application is incorrectly filled out and one of the years, why were there 3, will the money arrive in their account? Every time we call it's the same answer, is it on hold? The year is over and we are worse off than we were. Without paying back taxes. And without the $700......3 years have passed and there is still no solution, very disappointed and it was recommended

My experience with this place is horrible, I feel more than scammed, stolen and even worse I lost time and money for having used the services of this institution, pure excuses and apart from that they give you extra official fees for your own benefits, they do not fulfill what was promised I don't know If they don't know what they are doing but you don't play with people's time, we make people who our family depends on our work then they should be more responsible because the top companies do not accept excuses, pay for insurance services that they never I always had it on a paper policy, because of this agency they stopped me from work for two weeks. In the end I had to cancel the insurance, lose a lot of money and I had to pay extra insurance. I'm not one to write online recommendations but I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this situation. I do not recommend this agency, I had a horrible experience, I just hope that my initial insurance deposit is returned to me-
