The Family Dollar used to be a good store long ago. Now the prices of their food and majority of the items has increased. Too bad the quality of proper customer service had decreased extremely. The store puts at the cash register employees that don't really know how to charge certain products, or to charge correctly at reduced price items. For instance a week ago a lady was charging my family & I and I couldn't help notice that she kept asking questions to her colleague what to do next or how to fix something. So I wondering why did they put someone who didn't have much experience in the cash register. Luckily we were patient, but this kept forming the line even longer. Well to be fair Family Dollar always has long lines. Another thing that bothered me was that their system doesn't accept OTC cards. While their website said that they did. They website needs to update their information before customers comes to their stores to purchase. So this is why I decided to give this store with a two stars rating. I hope that Family Dollar improves in their policy & customer service. It's a shame because they used to be a great store.
