        I've been in my place for 3 years now. Management has changed twice (no biggy). Location is AWESOME, amenities are great, real hardowrk floors, walls aren't thin at all, I get a great view of NYC (i literally see midtown and central park from my living room window), pool is amazing, gym, sauna, steam room are great. Maintenance responses great with anything I have problems with. The prices are great. Honestly. I've been looking to move somewhere a bit closer to NYC (even I'm 2 miles away from midtown), but I simply can't bc NOTHING bets the prices. I can't move. I'm hoping to buy bc I see myself here for a long time.
