This might be the worst bank Ive ever been to. Theyve closed all of the tellers stations in a high traffic location. The line is out the door always. I believe its because its a poor Hispanic community. Discriminatory practices,Ill never go back.

"""""""""THE WORST BANK""""""""" I WENT TO THIS BRANCH, TO ADD MY WIFE TO MY SAFETY BOX, THEY TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. THEY DID NOT HAVE APPOINTMENT UNTIL ONE MONTH. THEY TOLD ME YOU HAVE APPOINTMENT TO ANOTHER BRANCH. I DID IT TOOK 2 WEEKS, WHEN I WENT TO THE OTHER BRANCH THEY TOLD ME THAT THE APPOINTMENT WAS TENUA THAT BE WHERE I HAVE THE SAFETY BOX. RETURN TO THE 48ST BRANCH. AND THEY TOLD ME, EXPLAIN THE SITUATION AND THEY TOLD ME TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM, BUT THE NEXT APPOINTMENT AVAILABLE WAS IN 2 MONTHS. BUT I COULD GO TO ANOTHER BRANCH. """"THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT WELL TRAINED, ONE SAY ONE THING OTHERS ITRA""""""
