        They never answer the phone when you call. After long wait times, I was constantly disconnected when they put me on hold. One agent was very hostile when I asked her questions this morning and she ended up being incorrect (I had to turn to google for correct answers). How are you, as a source of information to customers, incorrect? Ive been a customer for years but will not be returning once my policy is over. The company need to train their personnel since the quality has evidently decreased. Update: I called the number they replied with and they didn't answer either
