Daniel represented me to purchased a 2 family house which was closed successfully on 6/12. I am very happy and satisfied with his experience and professional advise always on top. The deal was 5 month long because of the seller's delay of the repairs but he was always responsive and provided great advise of what was happening and provided status in a timely manner. I cannot recommend Mr. Serata enough! As a first time buyer I had no clue what I was doing, but Mr. Serata was very knowledgeable and very quickly and patiently answered my many, many questions. Buying my first home and it being a short sale was a very stressful process, but knowing I had an experienced lawyer on my side definitely made me feel at ease.
