        The gentleman who did my taxes was a friendly guy, however he did not inform me that I owed money to the IRS for an issue that was resolved many years ago, and hence my return will be WAY lower - and I still haven't heard anything further. Jackson Hewitt likes you to put your tax return on a disposable credit card, which I hated because now they are going to charge even more. The whole experience was very confusing - and still is and not yet resolved. Best to go elsewhere to get your taxes done!

        Preparer was very nice. I was very disappointed in the cost for my mom and myself. It says starting at $65. Cost me over $400. She is a senior citizen with a very simple return and she paid almost $300. I really liked the gentleman that helped us but will not be using this service again.
