If youre looking for an agent that you can completely trust and is 100% invested in you, then Christine is your girl! We purchased our home in 2021 with Christine as our agent. Prior to her we had another agent that just couldnt close a deal during the pandemic. After putting offers in for up to over 100,000 over asking price so we decided to switch up. Christine landed us the perfect home. Everything we were both looking for. She definitely put the work in to make sure we closed the deal. A year after buying our home our taxes spiked from 7416 to 10,680. Keep in mind we hadnt done any work at all to our home. We were so confused and upset. We were behind almost 6gs in escrow and on top of it having to pay another 3200 a year was crippling financially. I called her with my concerns because our mortgage was raised 700 a month due to this. Christine informed us that we were able to fight and appeal the tax hike. She jumped into action. She called the tax office to see why this tax raise was put into place. She was told it was due to the garage that was put in 5 yrs prior, which was ridiculous! My husband and I werent the best with paperwork and knew nothing about it. She then researched the surrounding comparable properties and came to our house with the research and paperwork we needed to fill out. She went over each property and told us what to write on the paperwork. In the end our taxes were lowered 1250 a year. She did this extra work that took days free of cost. To this day 3 yrs later she still checks in with us to make sure all is well. Usually realtors feel their job ends after the closing date but thats not the case with Christine. Shes 100% invested with her clients. She treats you like family. We are so happy that we made the choice to choose her to purchase our dream home! Thanks Christine!!

Christine is an exceptional member of your real estate team. We by chance got assigned as her client 7 years ago when we purchased our first home. Our first experience with her as our agent was amazing.
