Colleen and her staff did an amazing job decorating the entire upstairs ballroom at Scotland Run. I told her what we wanted and she pulled it off flawlessly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for decor, balloon rings, enchanted forest themed events. Beautiful. Thank you again!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was excited to use this place for tent and chairs for my wedding. Due to weather, we needed to cancel our order. We completely understood going into this that the deposit would be gone and when I called I started out by saying how sorry we were, but we couldn't take a chance with the weather especially having older people attending our wedding if the rain and wind were bad and it were cold that combo just wouldn't be good. I was met with instant attitude and push back, the woman on the phone kept repeating how that was what a tent was for and tried giving me store credit. No where on their site does it even state a return policy, I then stated we needed some of our money back but we understand about the deposit I was then met with more rushed attitude she told me she already order the linens, that we would have to pay for those. Eventually we got some of our money back but it took a long time and several calls. I went into this experience with kindness despite having to cancel my wedding and I was met with bad attitude and a woman over the phone trying to make me feel really bad for canceling.
