        Approximately 3 years ago I had Amechi fence install a split rail fence. They were transitioning to Fence USA and did an excellent job. Except for some fading it looks like new. Six months ago I had Fence USA do another job. Totally different experience. The quality of the wood rails is poor with extreme warping as seen in the photos. Rails fall out weekly. They allegedly replaced the bad ones, but it's hard to tell which ones since so many are warping. They claim this is normal which is not correct. After initially agreeing to address the situation they stopped responding to calls and emails.
