I started swim instruction with our son at the end of last summer, but due to a new baby had little time to devote to it. Hes been going in our unground pool since 6 months old with safety gear. He started showing confidence around water last summer so we decided it was best to start him with regular lessons before our pool is opened this summer to ensure he learns pool safety. Our son loves going to his lessons here so far and is confident. They do things in a gradual way to avoid instilling fear in them , but also teach safety and listening when around the pool. Having other kids at a higher skill level than him around to watch and learn from has been a big help also.

This is the 2nd summer Ive brought my daughter. She loves the instructors and so do I! She just finished a week of intensive swim and her skills were unbelievably noticeable! I highly recommend NJ SWIM to all parents! My daughter will definitely continue to attend YOY!

My kids have been having swim lessons here for a few months. Extremely satisfied with their progress. All the staff is very professional and kind. Very patient with the kids. The facility is always exceptionally clean. I cant recommend enough.

By far the worst swim school we ever attended. My kids were already in a swim school when we moved here, and they were 3 levels apart. After less than 30 sec evaluation they put them both in lvl 1 with no metric on how to advance. After 2 months of no advancement and watching lessons that focus all on floating I decided it was not worth it. KidsFirst swim school definite first choice
