Bmw of Turnersville has always treated me great. From the general manager Paul all the way down to his staff and techs. Shoutout to Chris L. for taking care of my 2023 M3 service for oil change and inspection. Great job and awesome tech

I love all of the communication with everyone involved with servicing my BMW. They even sent me a video of my car up on the lift and showed me all of the parts they checked during the vehicle inspection while explaining it all. Very friendly. Very thorough. I totally trust their entire team!

I had an appointment and was assisted by Matthew Inzerillo. I wish I got the names of the other employees who welcomed me at the service area and Matthews counterpart next to his office as well because they were all phenomenal. I normally do not leave feedback/reviews unless it was extraordinary great or horrible. Your service was great!!! Matthew was patient with me as it was my first time servicing my BMW and at the Turnersville location. He explained every detail and was not trying to take advantage and sell me unnecessary services. I will definitely return to the Turnersville location for all of my BMW needs!! I was referred over to this location by a friend and I will also do the same. Great work must be acknowledged! Awesome team! Thank you so much!
