40 miles after picking up my car, the check engine light went on again. While my car was there, there were alot of rain and snow storms and each time I called to make sure my car was properly covered(the windows were not closing properly), each time offering to come and cover it myself. (What happened to priority service since I bought the car at that dealership, I don't know). Each time car was not covered properly. One on occasion they used PACKING TAPE(yes, the kind you use to tape cardboard boxes closed) on my car. PACKING TAPE! There is tape residue all over my car still. I saw it myself, as I called to ask if they needed to get into the car again at all so that I could come and tape up the car myself(I had bought tape used for cars and painted surfaces that I have used before), and when I got there, they had already taped it and it looked like a 5 year old had done it, and they had used PACKING TAPE. There have been screw ups with the dealership before(one almost killed me-contact me for details), and as soon as time permits, I am going on EVERY social media there is to let people know to STAY AWAY from this dealership, and I am calling a lawyer. Also, neither of my remotes worked which was not the case before I brought the car in, and they only reason they fixed them is because I caught the receptionist in yet ANOTHER LIE(contact me for details) that they were not aware the remotes did not work when she had left a message on my voicemail that they were not working. Very sad Volkswagen as a whole (hopefully) is a great company and this location is no example of that.
