        Dave the service representative was excellent. Extremely professional and very personable. His manager Charles was also quite helpful. I also met the salesperson Jeff who originally sold me the car, and he recognized me, knew my name and family members, and is one of the key reasons I remain a loyal Subaru customer.

        I contacted the Ciocca service dept b/c my low tire pressure indicator came on. The service rep asked me about the mileage of my 2024 CrossTrek. Based on the mileage the service rep also suggested that I have my oil and filter changed. I contacted road side assistance to put air in my flat tire the following morning as I was unable to drive the car to Ciocca. Upon arriving, the service department took my car to repair the tire and change my oil. We were contacted when my car was finished and we returned the following morning to pick it up. Just before pulling out we realized that the tire was once again flat. The service rep was responsive and had a mechanic replace the tire. We left with an intact and reliable vehicle. Thank you!

        Easy peasy. I arrived this morning for a 6 month service check. Daniel was fun and efficient. I read the paper for a while and was on my way. Oil change and all.
