        We have been paying a unit in this complex for over 2 years now, the person who used it passed, we came to check and we had an issue with the gate code and the Ladies at the front desk were not helpful or nice at all, very frustrating.They wanted dead certificate, and two More legal documents in order for us to get in the gate, we have a copy of the key of the unit, We came all the way from DC for nothing. The payment they will receive thought even thought we are not the ones using it.

        The best of the best for all of your big green egg needs! They have the best selection Ive ever seen. Everyone we encountered here was above and beyond helpful and just so incredibly kind! The big green egg demo nights are above and beyond amazing! We are happy customers and will continue to support this fabulous business.

        We were treated horribly (beyond words and by the owner Barb) while trying to help my gravely ill mother get her affairs in order, including, most unfortunately, her long-time unit at Buxton's Boxes.  We had some issues gaining access and my mom wanted to change the lease into my dad's name.  They told me to "wait until your mother dies and bring in the death certificate". Sadly, I'm not exaggerating. I can elaborate with a litany of upsetting details.

        After searching and searching for a storage place I went with Buxton. After doing much research for those places that give the first month's rent free, I discovered that they use that tactic to get you to rent a space and they then proceed to raise rent. Buxton gives you a rate and sticks to it. They offer indoor and outdoor secured storage. The place is always clean and well maintained. Buxton also offers many other goods besides storage. They have a furniture/ woodworking area where they sell things from swingsets to gazebos. They also offer car and u haul rentals as well as a garden center for your plant needs.

      Thank you so much Lisbela for taking the time to give us a review. First, we would like to tell you how sorry we are for the loss of your family member. We understand you are frustrated, however to protect our customers, we cannot take anyone's "word" that a tenant has passed. If you have the key and know the code to the gate you are more than welcome to enter the facility, however we cannot change the information on the account unless the actual tenant is here in person or in the event of the passing of a tenant that the proper documentation is provided; that would be a death certificate and either a probated will or the letter from the surrogate's office stating who the executor or executrix is. They are two very common documents that in the event of someone passing away, the proper caretaker would have on hand. We are not asking for anything that is uncommon. We are very sorry that you feel this way and hope you understand we have these policy's in place to protect or customers. Please feel free to call me to discuss further at 609-771-0277.
