Ray installed a back check valve in my basement..in the wrong location. After ensuring me I would never have back flow into my basement after the last flood, here I am dealing with flooding. He took several days to return a message about it, and when he finally did, all he said was check for debris which there was zero. Not once did he offer to come out to the property to take a look. Now I have another professional plumber telling me that it is installed in the wrong place and I need to pay again to have it remedied. Steer clear.
