One Stop Check Cashing-Pymnts

This place have fraudulent processes in place ans I will be reporting them. I came to see the complaints on here. Same rude lady who gets upset when you ask her a question that she's uncomfortable asking, like why are you taking a picture of an index card that you have all of my personal information on and the check that im cashing and texting it to someone? Gappy tooth older women immediately got upset and threatened to call the police because she was bothered that I questioned why was she texting my personal information to anyone. She then lies and say that I always give her a problem, but she couldn't tell me what type of check I'm cashing (because I don't come in their often) but I always give her problems. I waited for the police to come because she thought that was going to scare me. I work in the investigation unit for banking services and this will not be the last the time this business hear from me. She was better off doing her job and asking a simple question. Clearly she knew that what she was doind is wrong.

I tried to cash my stimulus check and was told I needed my social security card. Upon further research, I found this to be incredibly UNTRUE! And I wonder why these women would tell me this. Especially the woman that knows Ive been coming to this establishment for about ten years. I will be holding these women accountable for their confusing actions.

Older woman with glasses is rude first of all. Not once did I raise my voice or get disrespectful of ignorant with her. I simply asked questions which for some reason triggered her attitude. She proceeded to raise her voice and as I asked her not to get loud considering I was only asking a question she then told me back away from the window that I was cause if a scene. I then raise my hand up and back from the counter, and she proceeds. After a 40 MINUTE wait she couldnt cash the check, which isnt a problem. I then asked her to please delete my State issued ID and social security card pictures from in her personal phone. She then screams in front of other customer that she does in fact delete them at her own home at the end of the night. I asked her if she could please delete them in my presence when she was done what it was she was doing and she proceeded to get loud saying you dont tell me what to do when I indeed politely asked nicely. She then told me to leave and threatened to call police on me. I did nothing wrong and she still didnt delete the photos considering I left because I am a minority and I want no trouble with a woman not of color calling police on me and saying Im causing a problem at her check cashing establishment. This place is completely unprofessional and rundown. DO NOT GO HERE !!!
