        They have all sorts of specialty supplies! Staff was very knowledgeable and patient with my grandpa who just got out of rehab.

        After working in a local pharmacy for years, I have always recommended this location. A family member went in today and honestly I cant imagine why anyone would return. I called initially and was told she could go in for a compression stocking measurement only to be turned away when she got to the store due to the person working the front being too busy. When I called and spoke to a staff member, my relative was referred to as the Spanish speaking woman, which to my understanding means that whoever was relaying information didnt even take the opportunity to speak to her completely because, albeit with a slight accent, she does speak English. For a place dealing with people who are ill and in need, I would expect not only a bit more compassion but much more competence from the staff. Get it together.

        Was here buying a knee brace for my son. Jenni and Elaine were incredibly friendly and helpful. There were some questions about which specific brace I needed and Jenni took the time to help me figure out exactly what I needed and even got the prescribing doctor on the phone to clarify. Great people and A+ service

      I'm sorry that this has not worked out for your relative. I've spoken with our employees trying to figure out where we went wrong.Apparently your relative came to our store last Saturday with her prescription for Juxtalite compression wraps. These are a custom type garment that requires a half-hour morning appointment. We gave her our fitter's business card with direct phone extension so that she could call and do so. Your relative then came in yesterday without an appointment for the Juxtafits. Again, this requires an appointment for the morning half hour fitting. We tried to accommodate her, even though it was mid afternoon, to see if Lisa had the time to fit her but she was not available. She was preparing orders for discharges from our local hospital.Then you called and did speak with Lisa saying that your relative had a prescription for compression stockings which are off the shelf items that actually could be done as a walk in.Lisa gave you her extension as well as the Manager's to try to accommodate your relative's needs.So... I think we failed you initially by not taking your relative's name and number with a copy of the prescription for Lisa to call that Monday.That in itself would have avoided ALL of this and for that I apologize.
