Ive been going to Lauren for a few months now, I deal with a lot of stress which causes issues in areas such as my neck, shoulders etc. Lauren has been able to help me through these issues and I always feel like she genuinely wants to help. Ive also done two reiki sessions with her which were amazing as well. Cant say enough good things about her or the place. I just left today and Im ready to go back next month

I'm new to massage and reiki but have been growing interested in trying both as a form of self-care. I found Lauren's business through Google reviews and signed up for a 90-minute massage & reiki session with her last weekend. I would honestly be remiss if I did not pay Lauren and her other 5-star reviews forward without leaving a review of my own (which I very rarely do). My experience left me wanting to return to Hands of Gold without hesitation. Lauren goes above-and-beyond making you feel comfortable, welcome, and supported from the moment you walk in the door. My session started late because I had to fill out new patient paperwork, but because Lauren intentionally leaves space between clients, I still received 90 minutes of hands-on work. We ran out of time to talk about the reiki portion, but to my delight, Lauren suggested chatting later when she was done work. We were on the phone for 45 minutes! So blessed to have found her!!!
