My massage therapist, Angel Zhang is very talented. Ive arrived in severe pain and she has worked out the issues. Highly recommend.

I am now a regular at this spa! The therapists are so wonderful and kind. I usually have Eva and my husband usually gets his massage with Angel. But we werent able to make an appointment with Eva today so I tried Janice and my husband tried Mandy. I loved it. They were very professional and asked us about the pressure and Janice even explained the add ons to us and what they helped with. We tried cupping for the first time, it was pretty cool! Overall, their spa is super clean and well maintained. The therapists and workers are all kind and friendly, they acted like some old time friends. Today was kind of cold and foggy, but the spa lifted my spirits with its warm lighting and people. The beds were nice and warm and they were very understanding about everything. At the end before my husband paid, they offered us tea which I gladly accepted. I even took a few candies home. 100/10

I'm a sports massage therapist myself so Im picky with who I work with and what I love most about Mercer Healing is how client centered they are. I've gone to many different therapists in the area and none of them are that great and the massages might feel good but they aren't necessarily effective which costs a lot more in the long run. It's common for therapists to trade sessions and take care of each other where they can exchange knowledge as well. As a therapist, I have certain approaches, techniques and stretches that I like, and that work best for me, and I need a lot of work and am willing to pay for a lot of sessions up front. I've told places like Zenergy and Chel that I would pay for a lot of sessions up front but I want to be sure that I get a result at the end so I don't waste anymore money like I already have - but I would like to trade a session so I can show them what I like - as their paying client. Both of them freaked out and said I insulted them because I asked for this which blew me away because I'm also a very client centered focus where the client pays for the session, im open to all requests and appreciate feedback on what they like so I can help them best. So just like any other therapist, I walked in and said "I will pay for a lot of sessions up front if youre open to seeing the techniques I want" and they did just that. They set aside about 30 mins where I just went through everything quickly and then did just that WITHOUT GETTING INSULTED AND FREAKING OUT. Theyre also open to feedback during the session like if I ask them to move to a specific spot or change pressure or anything. I have gotten more results here than anywhere else around Mercer simply because of how client centered they are. Now when I go in, I can say exactly where I need worked and exactly how and they do that without getting upset. Because of that, I took my money there and always pay for a package of sessions up front. Ive developed such a good relationship with them that they just offered for me to rent a room part time - which I just might do!
