Salon Dolcetto

I decided to visit this salon for the first time today on a working day. Carmen came in a little late, but she promptly completed the job. I needed a haircut. Got one without explaining much. She is calm and did a pretty good job. The staff was in general friendly. Will definitely visit again.

I had the best experience at Salon Dolcetto. Tara is not only one of the BEST hairdressers, colourist and stylist I have met, she is truly one of the most sincere and kindest people I have had the pleasure speaking with. The level of hospitality she showed me was beyond any salon Ive ever visited

Very disrespectful behavior!!!! I booked 12:30 pm appointment for root touch and highlight.. I missed my appointment due to my office work and reschedule the appointment to 1:15 pm. On reaching the spot they refused to provide the service and I questioned them why that was not informed over phone as I rescheduled my office work based on this appointment. The person who had conversation with me was very disrespectful and opened the door for me to get out. When I told the person its not the right way to handle the clients she threatened me that she will call 911.. I left the place with heavy heart.. I am sharing this to make sure this doesnt happen to anyone else.. Follow up Reply: Thanks for your reply. To your notice: I was 5 mins late on my rescheduled time. I didnt do it deliberately. I had office call which got extended and couldnt make it up on time. You would have rather cancelled my appointment instead of rescheduling/denying the service and that was my whole point. I didnt use any disrespectful words/disrespectful behavior during my conversation rather expected justification but I was asked to leave the salon in the middle of my conversation by opening the front door. A good client service is handling any client in the right way and not threatening the clients.
