It was very refreshing to call and speak with a live, patient, knowledgeable and professional representative. Deisy was extremely helpful. Things went so smoothly that I had to drive to your establishment to ensure it was legit. She is an asset to your company.

If I could give a negative 10 I would. Ever since I have been with State farm this was my office until recent events. He has literally cancelled my policy several times without notifying me. Changed my policy without notification or signature. Any claim I have put through, I got zero help from the office or claims dept....I did ALL of the work. Was not given all options for deductions that could be made with my vehicle when purchased, so for over two years I was charged more than I should have been. When I would go into the office when he was supposedly not in or busy, he was playing games on the computer. Recent staff is rude, told by Kevin himself to go ahead make a complaint, handed me the number, said he gets them often. I made several complaints with state farm themselves and the insurance boards and he is still in practice. He literally is stealing money from me, and when himself or staff mess up my account..they make no acknowledgement of it, apologize, just oh well. I do not recommend state farm or this office. They lie to you and then they get their bonus and free vacation while we all struggle to pay for their bonuses and vacations. State Farm is NOT there for you like they advertise
