SG responded quickly to my description to a problem from a prior installation of an Aprilaire steam generator humidifier. Although they could have declined to help me, SG sent two experienced and friendly technicians to resolve my problem. So far, it is working much better.

We have been S&G customers for 7 years since moving to the area. Our experience with the S&G has always been exceptional. The office staff are very helpful as well as professional and friendly. The technicians always arrive on time and do not leave until the job is done. Two years ago our heating system needed replacing right on top of Thanksgiving. S&G worked tirelessly to replace our system even going so far to install temporary heaters to make sure we were warm until the job was complete. We highly recommend S&G.

Our water heater went out Tuesday. I started calling around for quotes. Tim from SG came over almost immediately. I was so surprised the response was so quick. He inspected the water heater and wrote a quote for a new one on the spot. I told him I had other quotes to get and he said to call him early in the morning if I wanted them to do the job and he would fit me in in the morning. His quote was the lowest so I called him at 8:00 a.m. the next morning to give them the job and Tim said they would be over in about an hour and a half. They came when he said. I must say they did excellent work. Even making improvements in the plumbing that made for a better installation. I am so pleased with the super speedy service, great price and expert installation.
