Worst place and worst customer service!! I was planning to book the room, called 6 times to ask a simple wuestion abou the parking, no answer, 7th time finally someone picked up the phone, was asking about the parking and he just hang up!!!

DO NOT TRY TO CHECK IN EARLY IF YOU BOOK AHEAD!! I stayed in an even more questionable place just last night and they even allowed me to check in early obviously for an extra charge, but it was still available. I don't have a car and am traveling here for work and used lyft to get me here they made me wait outside in 90 weather for 2 hours before I can check-in. Now I understand why they haven't won an award since 2014! UPDATE: so surprisingly enough they were nice enough to accommodate me early by about a half hour but I'm not going to complain they did something and it is much appreciated. Also I will say that from the looks of the outside I was not at all expecting how nice the rooms are on the inside they are very much updated have ample drawers and lighting and updated technology and very modern fancy like sinks there are safes inside the room although I cannot speak for the other rooms my safe does not seem to work properly so I wouldn't count on the working I would always bring your own backup if necessary The maid service is way better than you would expect although the envelope that she left for her tips is a little we'll call it dated so I'm going to give her a new one I believe they use them over and over and over in the same rooms so we're going to give her a tip and a new envelope because she folded the ends of my toilet paper roll, which I don't expect anywhere let alone a two to three star hotel this hotel really needs to keep her or them I don't know how many maids work here so five stars in kudos to the maids that work at this location!! Rooms: The rooms include a safe although I do need to say that my safe doesn't seem to work so I wouldn't quite count on a reliable working safe when you arrive again I'm always speaking for what is inside my room not any other rooms care at this location I could also just be having a blonde moment and not doing it correctly as well so I'm not going to blame the hotel I'm not going to blame the safe and I'm not going to blame myself until we figure out who actually is to blame I will update if necessary. Rooms also come equipped with microwaves mini fridges iron and ironing boards the bathroom comes stocked with towels toilet paper and surprisingly I believe motion sensor soap dispensers of shampoo conditioner and body wash inside the shower that was also a pleasant surprise also the counter with the sink outside of where the toilet is is very modern chic and also comes with emotion sensorship dispenser as well as a hair dryer The lighting is more than efficient and although there are no closets it does have an ample number of drawers between a smallish dresser in the TV stand which is three and very high tech side tables that have charging ports for your devices and a drawer each you also get a hanging wall shelf where you can also hang up clothes and you get a flat screen TV and a almost full size mirror The bed is surprisingly more comfortable than I thought and comes with two semi personal headboard lights. Although the AC seems completely outdated compared to the rest of the room work s extremely well The only thing I am not much of a fan of is the fact that there are no curtains on the windows only blind needless to say I will be attempting to hang something in front of them. Safety: Feeling safe is always my number one thought when walking into a hotel room but the doors here are equipped with both a deadbolt and a security latch lock on your door as well as the key lock entry all entry doors to the rooms are outside they are not secured within a building however level of safety is a four out of five Walkability: There seem to be plenty of shopping centers around as well as the mall being very much in walking distance
