Five stars to HomeInstead Hamilton! From the initial phone call, it has been a pleasure to speak to every person in the office. The owner, social worker, scheduler and staff have all been cheerful, efficient, proactive and kind. As our needs changed we had to modify the hours and days of service and a few times an expected caregiver was not able to come. In all of these situations, we couldnt have asked for a more responsive team who handled everything seamlessly and quickly. In addition, and importantly, all of the caregivers who have come into the home have been on-time, professional and caring. It is comforting to know that my mother is being well taken care of when a caregiver from HomeInstead Hamilton is with her. I highly recommend this agency.

This wonderful company has provided at home care for my husband. Lauren Labor comes to our home and provides wonderful care and attention. She is the best. Erica Conquest is the Operation Manager and has done a brilliant job helping us navigate our Long Term Care Insurance policy. Priceless! Thank you to Mr. Kunwar Singh who owns the company. I used to work for Home Instead. Management was amazing. I loved everyone there. Shoutout to my girl, Erica! Everyone there helped me through everything and they were so understanding. I also loved my client. I was so sad I had to leave her and everyone else due to distance. But, Erica also helped me get my future career. I recommend working at Home Instead Hamilton, they are very friendly and helpful. They will help you what you need!

Exceptional Care for my Father's Alzheimer's and Physical Weakness I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding care provided by Naisha, a health aide from Home Instead. My father, who suffers from severe Alzheimer's and physical weakness, required assistance with Activities of Daily Living, and Naisha's dedication and compassion were truly remarkable. Naisha's expertise in handling individuals with Alzheimer's was evident from the very beginning. She approached every task with patience and understanding, creating a safe and nurturing environment for my father. Despite the challenges presented by his condition, Naisha consistently maintained his dignity and comfort, ensuring that he felt respected and cared for at all times. Beyond her professional skills, Naisha's warmth and empathy made a significant impact on my parent's well-being. She formed a genuine connection with them, providing companionship and emotional support during difficult moments. Moreover, Home Instead staff including the Nurse's attention to detail and proactive approach were truly commendable. The team went above and beyond to ensure our familys comfort and satisfaction, especially when Mom had a fall accident. I am incredibly grateful to Naisha and Home Instead for the exceptional care.
