        I cannot put into words just how much I appreciate Terry and Mary Kate at Crown Trophy-Hamilton. I show up with an IMPOSSIBLE task, needing it done YESTERDAY, AND need a change at the LAST POSSIBLE MINUTE!!! Without fail, these ladies pull ANYTHING off no matter what!!! All while being so kind, patient, and pleasant (even when I feel like I can't even tolerate myself)...I can always use a way to make my job a little easier one project at a time, and I cannot thank them enough for pulling it off for me every single time!!

        20 bucks, 14 letter name on 1x4" aluminum stick-on Nameplate. Wished they had called to say it was finished. Quality was as expected.

      Bob, thank you for the feedback. Our process in 2019 was to call customers as soon as the orders were finished, we will be returning to that process once we fill the front desk position
