My husband ordered me a very expensive arrangement of flowers for Valentines Day. They were suppose to call ahead of time, but when my husband arrived home they were on the porch knocked over. The flowers were ok,but less than 24 hours later, the flowers were wilting, drooping and turning brown! He paid $ 135 dollars for flowers that did not last an entire day. Not only did he pay $135 for wilting flowers, but the vase was PLASTIC! $135 for wilting flowers and a PLASTIC VASE. I never received a plastic vase before! When my husband called, he was advised the owner was going to call him back, but it's been over a week and no call back. I feel like were we just had for $135. I love flowers,and the flowers I get from Costco last over a week, but my husband wanted to surprise me with a beautiful arrangement. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.

The owner, Alberto, helped fulfill a last minute request. The arrangement was exactly what was needed. Alberto worked patiently with me to get the right colors and appropriate flowers for the occasion. Encore got the job done!

Very disappointed Dozen white roses- the greens were turning already; no babies breath and worst of all the roses looked old. I had to take the entire bouquet apart and take browning leaves off of every rose. Water was filled with dead leaves. Tried calling a few times no answer. I hate leaving bad reviews but for $90 or any price for that matter, you should receive the product you ordered in good condition. Definitely wont order again
