The Hamilton Office claims to be the best but they are pretentious, immature, and unprofessional. They stress it's not a sweatshop yet they overwork their employees and unless you are a project manager or senior engineer, you are far from a 6 figure salary. If they don't like you, they find every little weakness and claim you are underperforming instead of being transparent about their insecurities. They make your life miserable and purposely ignore you hoping you will quit before you take the severance package. The office leader along with others use obscenities in the office and lack control over their temper when frustrated whoch apparently is okay. The office leader walks around as if he is king of the world pounding his chest yet he wasted 30 years of his life for this small, uneconomical firm to eventually become a Team Leader that evidently does it only for the promotion (since he never checks in with his new hires and remains a stranger and fails to evenly delgate work). The company lacks training resources and they "scould" you for making mistakes. Given these workplace conditions behind the scenes, I'm sure clients would question investing here since this isn't a fraternity; its the real world. This was easily the worst place I worked at to date and I value my job at my fortune 500 company! Good Riddance!
