Decent town houses but no parking. I hate that the apartments have no outdoor space/balconies. Also some of the neighbors are literal nightmares. One guy will give you a fine if you have two cars in your driveway when theres no parking but says nothing about the people who let their kids play in the street with no parental supervision all day. Worst place ever, so glad to be moving out.

As a current resident I would NOT recommend ANYONE to these units. Save Your Money. First problem, there is NO parking for your guests, that's because other homeowners have 2 or 3 cars that take up the limited guest parking spots, Also the community Management is ONLY concerned about garbage issues, you are told like a 5 year old when to put your garbage out, it is enforced that you put your garbage out the DAY OF and not the night before. I never heard such a thing. Board Members, who were nominated, don't know their a** to a hole in the ground and can't resolve an issue without arguing to residents who show up at a meeting. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! NOISY neighbors, (especially with children) who are up until 11:30pm-12am, good luck if you have to get up early for work. There is no insulation between the walls, you hear EVERYTHING!!!! Including your neighbors garage door motor humming as it opens and closes. You hear car doors slamming all day long, and dogs barking all day long. These people have no consideration to others. These units are NOT meant to be here. These units were cheaply constructed just to earn a buck. I've been here for less than a year and can't wait to get the H*LL out! Ryan Chase or whoever you are, needs to have their head examined.
